However, the gym has since undergone a change in management, and the new manager, Courtney, has done an outstanding job in resolving the situation. She took the time to understand my concerns, ensured that my cancellation was processed correctly on all accounts, and maintained clear and consistent communication throughout. Her professionalism, empathy, and follow-through were exceptional. Courtney is truly a standout—please keep her on, she is a tremendous asset to the team. Thanks to Courtney’s swift, kind, and professional efforts, I’ve updated my rating. Mistakes can happen, but what truly matters is how individuals and businesses respond to them. I had been dealing with some ongoing issues with Debit Success, the company used for weekly payments, and made my concerns known. I’ve been training at FC Nundah for about 6 months now and it’s been a great experience so far. Equipment: Plenty of new and well maintained equipment. Lots of options and multiples of popular equipment means that even at busy times, you can always fit in what you need to do. Change Rooms: Well maintained, modern change room/locker facilities. Atmosphere: Friendly gym atmosphere welcoming to seasoned gym goers and newbies alike. Friendly staff and trainers too. Classes: A good variety of classes included in the basic membership and if you’re into reformer Pilates, you can add that on too. Boxing, bikes, yoga, hiit and on the floor cardio equipment has you covered. ~ M K

I was about to put 1 star because I was unhappy with the customer service team regarding my request to downgrade my membership and cancelled the fitness cartel Kid, I’ve been in the gym few time and call + filled a document 3 weeks ago… since nothing happened… I had to follow up constantly… Until Courtney handle straight away and easily the situation. Courtney truly saved the customer relationship and the situation. I was ready to leave a one-star rating due to my dissatisfaction with the customer service, but she managed to resolve my issue on her own in less than 24 hours. She’s amazing ! ~ Emilie C

Great gym, even better service. I had a great experience dealing with Steven at Fitness Cartel Nundah. From the start, he was friendly, professional, and really easy to talk to. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and walked me through the options without any pressure. Absolutely love fitness Cartel Nundah. It’s a mix of Luxury with plenty of high-end equipment and Something for everyone. It’s got the best parking for any gym in Brisbane, awesome facilities like a hot rock sauna, Infrared sauna and rain shower. The lighting throughout the club is super cool with flashing lights in the Group fitness and cycle rooms and bomb lighting in the bathrooms for all those cheeky mirror selfies. The HIIT cartel room gives a night club vibe and not to mention the massive outdoor rooftop space. Can’t wait to train more at this gym !!! ~ Caleb H

I have been to so many gyms around Brisbane and can safely say this is my favourite- amazing facilities, clean, lots of equipment and some good people on the gym floor. The best gym in Brisbane. Frothing on the atmosphere and vibe. Sarah’s been a huge help with the whole process of joining up/transferring. The staff are helpful and friendly. The gym is clean and the amount of choices you have for gym machines is endless. The gym has never been easier to turn up to. Absolutely LOVE this place!! I was a member with both GoHealth and Goodlife for years, but I recently tried Fitness Cartel — and it is by far the best! The equipment is brand new, the facilities are clean and modern!! And the staff, particularly Decoda and Courtney are so warm and friendly at the front counter. Amazing new gym, super spacious and modern equipment. Would be great to have the rooftop open. I hope they maintain this gym rather than not invest when things need it. But for now, it is definitely worth the membership. It has clothing, supplements, and a shake bar with all the macros. I don't use the daycare area, but it seems suitable to those that use it. ~ Jasmin V

What a great gym, I have experienced nothing but greatness every time I go in, everyone, including the staff are really nice and at one point I didn’t understand how a machine worked and a fellow gym user stopped and gave me the rundown. Fitness Cartel in Nundah is a brilliant gym. Great equipment, heaps of space, but it's the staff who make it such a good environment. Especially big shout out to Courtney. Rueben is always super friendly, welcoming and caring. He always says hi to me and asks how I am. Any time I have had any issues or questions he always makes sure to help me out. When I was signing up to the gym with Rueben he did not make me feel pressured at all and was very knowledgeable about the gym. ~ Taylah L

Great facilities! Clean, new and well kept health club. Several dealings with staff all of whom were eager to help. Management deserves recognition for keeping the culture of staff perfect for patrons from all walks of life. Glad I made the move to FC Nundah. It was time for a change after being at my old gym for almost a decade. Great variety of machines and areas to work out. The showers are top notch and spacious, and there's plenty of lockers. One critique would be there's only one smith machine but that's about it. ~ Kat D

I am not a member * But visited casually with my partner. This facility is well thought out, clean and perfectly equipped for any fitness level. Staff at the front desk (slender young man, longish brown hair) greeted us at the door with a smile which not many other fitness clubs can say they do well. FC, you guys are AWESOME. ~ Renee T

Highly recommend Fitness Cartel Nundah! Clean and spacious with an unbelievable range of fitness and strength equipment. Ask for Courtney! She makes my Sunday session totally worth getting out of bed for two reasons. Best customer service (she always goes above and beyond) and crazy good protein shakes!!! ~ Scott L
